Making quizzes
What lessons work? Textbook pages, worksheets, PDFs from school, even clear handwritten notes. Up to 15 pages per lesson. Take each photo straight on, in good light.
Pip says it can't read the lesson. Try sharper photos with the whole page in view, or use the PDF if the school sent one. This doesn't use up a quiz from your monthly allowance.
Which language is the quiz in? The language of the lesson. A French lesson gives a French quiz, even if the app is in English.
A question looks wrong. Every question shows the sentence from the lesson it comes from. If it still looks wrong, tell us at [email protected].
Children and scores
Can I add more children? Yes, up to 4 on one plan. Open the grown-ups area (the lock), then tap + Add child. On the home screen, the child taps their name under Who's playing?
What does "Learned" mean? The child scored at least 80% and also passed a short re-check two days later. You can change these settings in the grown-ups area.
Where do I see the scores? In the grown-ups area on the device where your child plays.
Subscription
How do I cancel? In the grown-ups area: Your plan → Manage subscription. Or in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
How do I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. You can also request one in Manage subscription.
I got a new phone. Install LessonPop and sign in with the same Apple ID. Your subscription is usually found automatically. If not, tap Restore purchase on the subscription screen. Restore your phone from a backup to keep your children's quiz history.
Can my child use it on their own iPad? Yes, if your child is part of your Apple Family Sharing group: install LessonPop on their iPad and tap Restore purchase.
How many quizzes are included? Up to 60 new quizzes per month for the whole family. Practice, playing again and re-checks don't count. The grown-ups area shows what's left.
Your data
What happens to the photos? They are used to make the quiz and then deleted. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data? Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device. To delete the quizzes on our server too, write to [email protected].
