Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the LessonPop app ("LessonPop"), made by 4SaveSoft ("we"). By using LessonPop you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
1. Who LessonPop is for
LessonPop is for parents and legal guardians, who set up the app and manage the subscription. Children use it with their parent's permission. You must be an adult to buy a subscription.
2. Subscription and free trial
- Making quizzes needs a LessonPop Family subscription: yearly or monthly. Prices are shown in the app as the App Store provides them for your country.
- The yearly plan can include a free trial for new subscribers, shown in the app before you buy. The monthly plan has no trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings, or in LessonPop under Your plan → Manage subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If a price changes, Apple will tell you first, as its rules require.
3. Fair use
One subscription covers your family: up to 4 children. It includes up to 60 new quizzes per month for the whole family. Playing quizzes again, practising mistakes and re-checks don't count towards this. The allowance resets every month, and the app shows how much is left.
To keep LessonPop working for everyone, we may limit or pause use that looks automated, abusive, or far beyond normal family use.
4. Your lessons
- Only upload material you are allowed to use, such as your child's school lessons, for your family's own learning.
- You keep all rights to what you upload. You allow us to process it only to make your quiz. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to it.
- Don't upload anything illegal, harmful or unrelated to learning.
5. AI-made quizzes
Questions are written automatically by AI, based only on the lesson you upload. We check each question against the lesson text, but mistakes can still happen. Quizzes and grades help with learning, and are not official school grades or professional advice. If something looks wrong, trust the lesson and the teacher.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse LessonPop. That includes trying to access it other than through the app, interfering with the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to build a competing product.
7. Changes and availability
We keep improving LessonPop and may change or remove features. We try to keep it available, but can't promise it will never be interrupted. If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you in the app.
8. Liability
We provide LessonPop with reasonable care. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made only on the basis of a quiz or grade. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
9. Apple
These terms are between you and 4SaveSoft, not Apple. Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies to the app. Apple is not responsible for LessonPop or its support.
